KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA — April 13, 2026 — Chakor Foundation held an important community meeting at Union Council Rustam, with the Foundation’s founder Muhammad Abbas Khan, his team, and local community members in attendance. The gathering was called to announce a series of development initiatives aimed at improving lives in the Rustam area across health, education, employment, and energy.

Six practical programmes were introduced at the meeting. These include the establishment of a digital health clinic, provision of school uniforms for government school students, and a scholarship programme for five deserving Matriculation students. A youth employment scheme was also announced to help young people in the area find work.

The Foundation further announced domestic solar systems for low-income households and solar energy setups for local religious seminaries. The meeting saw a strong turnout from the public and was attended by respected community figures, including Chairman Munir Khan, Kifayat Khan, Akbar Ali Sabt Khel, and Kausar Sabt Khel.

Chakor Foundation is a non-profit organisation working to uplift underserved communities across Pakistan through education, healthcare, and economic support. Founded by Muhammad Abbas Khan, the Foundation has distributed over 37,000 school uniforms, awarded 53 fully funded scholarships, and installed solar panels in 22 schools, with a Rozgar Program helping young graduates start their own businesses.

The Union Council Rustam meeting is another step forward in Chakor Foundation’s growing work across KPK. With more communities coming on board, the Foundation remains committed to delivering lasting change at the grassroots level.
